THE FINISH PASS PROMISE

Every service is backed by our Finish Pass Promise. If we’ve missed something within the agreed scope, notify us within 48 hours and we’ll return to correct it.

Eligibility

  • Applies to missed items within the agreed scope of the accepted quote

  • Applies where the site remained reasonably unchanged after completion, and we have safe access for the return visit

  • Applies once the account is paid in full

Conditions

  • Concerns must be lodged within 48 hours and supported by details and photos where possible

  • One return visit per service, scheduled during business hours at the earliest available priority slot

  • Excludes additional tasks not included in the accepted quote, re-soiling, trade re-entry, or re-contamination after completion

  • Excludes stain or odour removal outcomes, mould remediation, rust, calcium build-up, restoration work, wear and tear, and pre-existing defects, unless specifically quoted and booked

  • Return visits are scheduled during business hours and at the earliest available priority slot, urgent after-hours or same-day call-outs may incur a fee

  • We may decline a return visit where conditions are unsafe or non-compliant (biohazards, aggressive pets not secured, unsafe site conditions, active construction hazards)
